About
Deepak earned his PhD from the School of Natural Resource and Environment (SNRE) in University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2009. He also holds a Masters' degree in Applied Economics (University of Michigan, 2009), and Environmental Engineering Sciences (University of Florida, 2004).
His research is very interdisciplinary, and he works at the interface of energy and environmental policy, life cycle engineering, industrial ecology, energy systems and deployment, integration of renewable technologies with the grid, and climate change mitigation.
He has two years of post doctoral experience working at the Centre for Design, in Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.
He is in the job market currently.
