About

My research interest lies in the nature of wrongful discrimination: its grounds, its scope, and its remedies. I am investigating, first, what type of traits ought not to be used as criteria for the differential treatment of persons; second, how far into the private sphere a theory of wrongful discrimination correctly extends; and, third, whether discrimination itself is ever an appropriate remedy for wrongful discrimination.
